Hour 1: Grose and Manuch started the show by previewing the top ten stories of the week, then the guys were joined by Dan Wetzel from Yahoo.com who previewed the College Football Season, and NBC Olympic Volleyball analyst Paul Sunderland talked about his trip to Beijing.

Hour 2: The guys were joined by Mike Clemens from WSSP Radio in Wisconsin to preview the NFC North.  Grose and Manuch also discussed the slew of cuts made across the NFL.

Hour 3: Matt Maiocco from the Santa Rosa Press Democrat discussed the 49ers outlook this season.
