Big George, father of 10 joins Roc and Manuch on Tuesday. It’s been 10 years since his last boxing event! His stats: 66 knockouts!
George Foreman: Boxers are famous for bouncing in and out of retirement, but Foreman’s story is probably the best of them all. For you teen-aged readers, long before Foreman was hawking grills he was a heck of a fighter. His first retirement came in 1974 after a hard fought loss to Muhammad Ali. He returned again in 1976 only to retire a year later. But his most remarkable un-retirement came in 1987. In 1994, at age 45, he knocked out 26-year-old Michael Moorer to become the oldest boxer to win a heavyweight title.
