HOUR 1

Roc and Manuch were back from their vacations. Roc’s voice was basically gone due to all the yelling and screaming he did at the World Series games in Philadelphia and the Eagles-Falcons game.

Dr. Z Sports Illustrated NFL writer wrapped up week 8 of the NFL season. He thought Mike Singletary’s rant was needed, but if he acts like that every week he is going to burn himself out.

 

HOUR 2

Craig Fouhy from ABC 15 checked in for his weekly segment. During the Fact or Fouhy portion of the interview he said he thought the Cardinals had the worst tackling secondary in the league minus Adrian Wilson and the Suns will not match their win total from last year.

We had the good, the bad, and the ugly from the weekend. Roc gave a Philly edition of the GBU’s.

Next up was Manucci Monday’s. Roc ripped him for not using Colt McCoy or Kurt Warner. The QB’s Manuch did break down were Brett Favre, Jake Delhomme, Chad Pennington, Graham Harrell, and Andy Dalton.

HOUR 3 

Roc caught up with his new BFF Joe Brown. He sat next to Joe at the Phillies game this weekend. The atmosphere was so electric that we could barely hear him.
