Hour 1 

Week one of the NFL is in the books and the league got turned upside down. The face of the league and the New England Patriots Tom Brady is out for the season. The AFC is now wide open and there is no clear-cut Super Bowl favorite.

To wrap up Week one Jim Corbett from the USA Today checked in. He gave his thoughts on the AFC East without Tom Brady, the Panthers upsetting the Chargers, and his view on the Arizona Cardinals.

Next up we hit the local football scene with Craig Fouhy who was in San Francisco for the Cardinals opening game. The guys talked about the Cards first road win to start the season since 1999 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

 

The Diamondbacks got swept by the LA Dodgers and dropped out of first place for the first time since the 4^th game of the season. Nick Piecoro, Diamondbacks beat writer from the Arizona Republic told us why the Dbacks have fell apart, pitching, pitching, and more pitching.

We debuted our new segment that can be heard every Monday, Manucci Mondays. In the 2^nd hour you will be able to hear former NFL QB Dan Manucci break down the Quarterback play in the NFL and College. This week he hit on Matt Cassell, Damon Huard, Kerry Collins, Kurt Warner, and Rudy Carpenter.

 

To start the third hour we heard from Ken Whisenhunt’s press conference that took place earlier today. We heard cuts about the offense’s versatility, the depth of the defense, and the Cards finishing games.

McCabe finished off the day for Roc. McCabe and Manuch wrapped up the Cards 23-13 victory over division rival San Francisco. Later in the week we will preview the Cardinals 2^nd game against the Dolphins, including hearing from a member from the team down south.
