Phillies fans from across the country can finally rejoice! It’s an amazing feeling to know the Phillies are the National League representatives to play in the World Series. Philly fans gotta love the attitude of this team as they are convinced that there is still plenty of work to be done.

They understand that they need to win four more. It instantly reminded me when Moses Malone was talking about sweeping all three rounds to win the title in 1983, the last major championship for the city of Philadelphia. fo, fo, fo!!! They actually went fo, fi, fo (4, 5, 4).

Will we see a repeat of last year, when a out of no where Colorado Rockie team made it to the World Series only to be swept by the Boston Red Sox. Boy, I hope so!

Major League Baseball has agreed to a request from Fox to delay the start time of Game 6 of the World Series (if a Game 6 is necessary) so the network can air the 30-minute Obama spot, a Fox spokesman confirms to CNN. The Illinois senator has also bought similar time on CBS and NBC, set to begin at 8 p.m. BULL!
