Thursday 10/2 Edition of Roc and Manuch

Hour 1

 

Roc was back after a couple of days off. We heard from Chad Johnson in the opening segment as he was back at it again. Johnson promised to score a touchdown in Dallas and kiss the star at midfield.

Phoenix Coyotes GM Don Maloney joined R&M to preview the upcoming Coyotes season. Don discussed the big off-season acquisition of Olli Jokinen and what John Muckler’s role with the team would be.

Del Hawkins, a local MMA fighter checked in with the guys to preview his fight this weekend. Del will be fighting this Saturday at 8:00 PM at the Celebrity Theater. Everyone should go out there and check it out.

Hour 2 

Another exciting weekend of college football is approaching and there is no better way to prepare than having Cbssportsline.com CFB writer Dennis Dodd. Dodd thinks we will figure out if Vanderbilt is for real and could see Alabama having problems with Kentucky after their huge win against Georgia.

Fantasyfootball.com’s Craig Davis told us who to start and who to sit in Week 5 of the NFL season for our fantasy football squads. He thinks owners of Brian Westbrook should give him a shot against the Redskins.

Hour 3 

Qadry Ismail stopped by for his Q School segment. Q gave us his best Chad Johnson impression, which ended up being the highlight of the show. Chris Johnson, rookie RB for the Tennessee Titans was his rookie that graduated Q School.

Manuch’s old teammate, former starting QB for the Buffalo Bills Joe Ferguson wrapped up the show. Joe made sure the valley knows that Manuch was hazed numerous times and was the official helmet carrier for the Bills.
