HOUR 1 Michael Vick pleaded guilty to the state dog fighting charges in Virginia, which gives Vick the possibility that he could get released from prison early into a half way house.

The NFL is considering moving the Pro Bowl to the week before the Super Bowl. Roc and Manuch think right now the NFL’s version of the All Star game is meaningless and it needs to be improved. Roc wants it to get moved to the middle of the season and package it with a mini NFL Experience.  Manuch likes the idea of the week before the Super Bowl.

HOUR 2

 

The Cardinals and Eagles face off in prime time on Thanksgiving night. Roc thinks the Eagles are going to destroy the Cards and Donovan McNabb is going to bounce back for one of his best games of the season. Everyone will be looking forward to the Arizona-Philly game because the two afternoon games are duds, Dallas Cowboys-Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans-Detroit Lions.

Tom Chambers checked in for his weekly segment to talk Phoenix Suns basketball. Tonight they are in Oklahoma City. The team continues to struggle with turnovers and Tom stands by his statement that the Suns will be better off in the long run.

HOUR 3

 

 To start the third hour Roc and Manuch did the Top 5 at 5:

1. Michael Vick pleading guilty to state dog fighting charges.
2. The PGA is revamping the FED EX Cup Race.
3. Kelvin Sampson was given a five-year ban from coaching in College Basketball.
4. The Arizona Cardinals asked the NFL to look into why Brandon Jacobs was listed as probably last week when he did not play.
5. The Philadelphia Eagles are attempting to have a blackout for their Thursday Night game against the Cardinals.

Qadry Ismail caught up with R&M for his Q School Segment. Qadry got to get on his brother “Rocket” after his alma mater Syracuse upset Notre Dame in South Bend on senior day. Qadry took Roc’s side on the Larry Fitzgerald argument, Fitz can do things that only a handful of WR’s in the NFL are able to do. Oakland Raiders QB Jamarcus Russell graduated Q School. Qadry sent Manuch back to Q School for his Larry Fitzgerald comments and Andy Reid for how he handled the Donovan McNabb situation.
