HOUR 1
Buffalo Bills Radio Analyst Mark Kelso joined us for our NFL-Two-A-Days. He was very high on former Stanford QB Trent Edwards and didn’t see Marshawn Lynch missing a beat.
Green Bay coach Mike McCarthy met with the media for the first time since Brett Favre arrived in Wisconsin. The two met last night for 6 hours, while they showed each other respect, the two were on different pages. McCarthy did not feel Favre was mentally prepared to take part in Packers training camp.
HOUR 2
Our Jam Session with Jamal Anderson started the 2nd hour. Jamal gave us his take on Steven Jackson holding out and the effect that it would have on his season.
Saints Fullback and former Sun Devil Mike Karney checked in with R&M to discuss the New Orleans Saints and preview the Cardinals-Saints pre season game on Thursday.
HOUR 3
At the top of hour 3 we heard more from Mike McCarthy’s press conference concerning the Brett Favre situation. Roc and Manuch debated who was right and wrong in the unfortunate circumstance. They also touched on the possibility of Favre heading to Tampa Bay.
