Both Major League Baseball Championship Series are set. Last night the Rays and Red Sox joined the Dodgers and Phillies. Roc and Manuch discussed the amazing story of the Tampa Bay Rays.

Brad Berko joined R&M for his weekly cigar segment to give the latest happenings with cigars.

Hour 2 

Jamal Anderson checked in for his Jam Session presented by prospotfitness.com. He is still amazed by Plaxico Burress stupidity. This week his entourage includes Travis Laboy, Antoine Winfield, Patrick Willis, and Reggie Bush. These guys need to improve to get back into Jamal’s good graces, Sage Rosenfels (AWFUL), Jon Kitna, and Martin Gramatica.

Ken Whisenhunt wants Cardinals fans to show up on Sunday and not sell their tickets to Cowboys fans, no excuses including the economy. One of the people he is yelling at is Roc. Roc sold his season tickets to Cowboys fans. Way to support the local teams!!!!!

Arizona Fall League Commissioner Steve Cobb came on with R&M to preview the Arizona Fall League. We will be joined by soon to be MLB players throughout the fall.

 

Tony Mandarich has been back in the news. He has two part series on Inside the NFL, part two you can see tomorrow night on ShowTime. He also has a book coming out in March, “My dirty Little Secrets- Steroids, Alcohol, and God”. He gave the guys a few minutes to discuss the trials and tribulations of his life and how he turned the corner.

To follow up the Mandarich interview Manuch told us about the things he saw and thought were going during his time in the NFL. He said he never considered using steroids, but wished they had the legal supplements that are available today.
